We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Pinterest. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, manage budgets and deliver outstanding results for clients.

Senior Paid Social Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences
  • Conduct audience research and create detailed targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR and conversion rates
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media and digital marketing
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment


Senior Paid Social Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in paid social media advertising
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting and segmentation
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ad content
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work onsite in downtown Chicago one day per week
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
