Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler and take on the vital role of assembling medical device catheters. This position requires availability for both 1st shift, starting between 4am-6am at a rate of $21 per hour, and 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11pm at $23 per hour. You must be flexible to start times and fully available up to 6 days a week, including weekends. Work includes a mix of standing and sitting, using a microscope throughout the shift, and handling various workstation assignments such as operating heating boxes and packaging products. Training in manufacturing procedures and line clearance is provided.

Hard Skills

  • Good manual dexterity

  • Experience working with microscopes

  • 6 months - 1 year of manufacturing experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to operate coil machines (training provided)

Soft Skills

  • Flexibility with shift timings

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Capability to learn and adapt to manufacturing procedures

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 2 Year(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California.

Work Environment

Clean room environment that heavily smells like rubbing alcohol. No jewelry, makeup, or lotions are allowed. Includes wearing smock, rubber gloves, cleanroom face mask, safety glasses, and hairnet.
