This is a fast-paced, in-office,position coordinating the transportation of railroad personnel.
Shifts - 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain composure and provide customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues
  • Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner
  • Escalate issues to customer or field operations when needed
  • Ensure accuracy of trips taken and provide assistance as needed
  • Update systems timely and accurately
  • Professionally coordinate with all Field Management
  • All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications

To perform this position successfully, attendance is critical. There's no time like the present, and no substitute for being present.
  • Good typing and 10-key skills
  • Good phone customer service skills
  • Able to work In-Office
Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months dispatching or customer service experience preferred
