  • Direct and execute factory startups and commission HVAC systems across various commercial environments, setting high standards for operational excellence.
  • Conduct in-depth diagnostic and troubleshooting activities to enhance system efficiency and lifespan.
  • Manage detailed warranty repairs, ensuring adherence to unparalleled quality and accuracy standards.
  • Lead pivotal HVAC projects from inception to completion, emphasizing client satisfaction and project distinction.
  • Provide mentorship and expert technical advice to our burgeoning team, aiding in their professional growth and proficiency in the HVAC field.

Requirements:
  • An advanced degree or certification in HVAC technology, with a concentration on complex systems like chillers, boilers, and VRF units.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on system startups, commissioning, and advanced diagnostics.
  • Thorough knowledge of leading HVAC brands and systems, evidencing a broad technical expertise.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Must be local to the City of Industry, CA, or prepared to relocate, demonstrating a committed and stable local employment history.
