Marathon Health is seeking a PRN Physician Assistant (PA) to support our employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Henderson, NV.
You’ll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ― all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.
Role highlights include:
- Flexible schedule with the option to sign up for PRN shifts as they become available
- Shifts are typically scheduled in the Henderson location with the possibility of working in North Las Vegas at our second location.
- Typical Hours when coverage is needed: M, W, F: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.; T, Th: 8:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.; Saturday: 8:00a.m. - noon
- Intentional focus on preventive care and better outcomes for patients and their families
- Longer-than-average appointment times for provider visits
- Freedom from insurance billing constraints and a fee-for-service approach to care

ResponsibilitiesAs a PRN Physician Assistant at Marathon Health, you’ll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.
In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you’ll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center’s staff.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant in a primary care/family practice setting
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
