About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring the quality of our products. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in assembly or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing
• Certification in assembly or a related field
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to operate machinery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine materials required and assembly instructions
• Assemble components and products using hand and power tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Skills:

As an Assembler, you will utilize your skills in blueprint reading, hand and power tool operation, and quality inspection on a daily basis. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring the quality of our products. Additionally, your experience in Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles will be beneficial in contributing to our team's success.
