Provide information to the Director of Nursing regarding the performance of nursing staff and participate in the evaluation process of nursing staff. Chart the administrations of such injections. · Provide consultation, information, and support to residents and their families. · Ensure information is transferred regarding resident care and condition as related to nursing services in shift changes, i.e., shift beginning and end · Participate in servicing, staff development programs, and staff meetings. · Provide emergency care as appropriate, under physician orders and advance directives. · Overall management and implementation of the resident care plan, documentation in the care plan of resident’s progress and change in condition. · Provide care per Federal, State, and Local Regulations. · Perform other duties as assigned and needed to ensure the quality of comprehensive nursing care and other general care to residents.
