Participating in inpatient medical rounds, including the presentation of clinical information, the progress and management of patients, and assisting in establishing and implementing treatment plans. Participating in or leading quality and safety initiatives Offering expertise as consultant and educator to nursing staff. Rotating 10-12 hour shifts on a per diem basis (minimum 4 shifts/6 week block). To qualify, you must have: A minimum of 2+ years inpatient pediatric experience with preference for those with experience in caring for higher acuity or higher complexity patients 1+ year of Pediatric NP or PA experience preferred Would consider new graduate nurse practitioner with recent pediatric inpatient RN experience Master’s Degree with current NP or PA license, BLS and PALS certification Office/Site Location:BostonRegular, Temporary, Per Diem:Per Diem Remote Eligibility :Onsite Only
