RV Purchasing Coordinator

What you'll do:

  • RV Purchasing & Inventory Coordination:
    • Work with suppliers and internal departments to manage RV orders, maintain inventory levels, and track incoming units
    • Assist with purchasing activities, including order entry, status updates, and communication with vendors
  • Business Development & Sales Support:
    • Support the business development team in identifying potential clients and managing sales leads
    • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including documentation prep, data entry, and CRM management
    • Handle inquiries from prospective clients, schedule appointments, and assist in showroom operations
  • Finance & Administrative Duties:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare documentation for sales transactions
    • Ensure the accuracy of paperwork, process financing applications, and maintain organized files
  • Content Creation & Social Media:
    • Take high-quality photos of RVs and dealership activities for use in marketing materials and social media
    • Create and post engaging content across social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries and comments to build our online presence
  • Customer Experience & Day-of-Pickup Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on their pickup day, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
    • Prepare necessary paperwork, guide customers through their vehicle walkthrough, and address any questions
  • Reception & General Support:
    • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle email inquiries professionally and efficiently
    • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with other duties and departments as assigned
What we're looking for:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an automotive or RV dealership
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
  • Photography skills and familiarity with basic editing tools are a plus.
  • Understanding of a sales and finance process is a plus
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • An awesome attitude
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
