We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with expertise in back end development to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers and oversee diverse technology projects focused on creating innovative solutions to meet regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and utilize a variety of programming languages and tools to drive powerful experiences for our customers. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • 4+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • 9+ years of experience in Java, Scala, Python, or Golang
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in IDE development is a plus
