Our dynamic team is actively seeking a full-time desktop support specialist with a comprehensive understanding of desktop support and IT troubleshooting. The Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of desktop support and maintenance. We are searching for a highly collaborative and dependable teammate motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with team to ensure seamless technology operations.
  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to staff, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues as they arise. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, system backups, and security checks.
  • Install and configure desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Execute troubleshooting with precision and attention to detail while handling all equipment with care.
  • Ensure safe handling of all IT equipment.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Background in basic IT tasks with experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency with Windows and MacOS.
  • A working knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 administration is a plus
  • Experience with basic network configurations, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Honesty and integrity with a coachable mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering robust internal and external relationships as a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness for continuous learning and development.
  • Proactive problem-solver, adept at anticipating and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team-centric, driven by motivation and focused on execution, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 2-5 years working with relevant technology.
  • High School Diploma required.
