Mechanical Assembly
Ocala

Mon-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble new hydraulic cylinders according to specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Disassemble and inspect used hydraulic cylinders for damage and wear.
  • Repair or replace damaged components such as seals, rods, pistons, and cylinders.
  • Test hydraulic cylinders for proper operation and performance.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of hydraulic cylinders.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with hydraulic systems and components prefered
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications prefered.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
