Job Title: Genomics Data Engineer Job Description This role focuses on workflow management for genomic datasets. The successful candidate will create and manage workflow pipelines through comprehensive data management and engineering skills. Responsibilities include utilizing Python, AWS, and Kubernetes to design, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable bioinformatics workflows. This will involve processing and analyzing large-scale genomic datasets both in the cloud and in-house, integrating a flexible modular architecture to exchange analysis components and various algorithms, and implementing bioinformatics data processing pipelines. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with team members to perform quality control, validation of pipelines, and documenting development processes in accordance with software development and DataOps best practices.
