Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Expert who thrives on creating connections and driving growth. In this role, you will be the face of UIG Tanks, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the water and wastewater industry.
You will work closely with owners, general contractors, and engineers to ensure our products are specified and included in project plans, while also seeking out dealers and representatives who align with our values and goals.
Understanding the terminology of the industrial construction industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients, including owners, general contractors, engineers, and other key decision-makers in the industry.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our product lines.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into loyal clients.
- Product Specification: Collaborate with engineers and project managers to get our products specified for inclusion in project specifications.
- Dealer & Representative Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with dealers and representatives who can help expand our reach.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships that foster trust and loyalty with our clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or industrial product sectors.
- Strong understanding of the sales process to general contractors, including getting products specified in project plans.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
- Comfort with making cold calls and engaging new prospects.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally to events, tradeshows and in-person meetings.
- Experience in a similar field is a plus.
