Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. This role offers the flexibility to either sit or stand during the 10-hour shift, although standing will be required for certain tasks. The position involves light industrial and general assembly work, where you will be lifting no more than 10-15 lbs and meeting specific metrics for assembly pieces.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

  • Work 1st shift hours (5:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday) or 2nd shift hours (3:00 pm to 1:00 am Monday to Thursday).

  • Meet assembly metrics by putting one hose into another hose by hand.

  • Maintain good attendance and adhere to quality standards.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with assembly line, general production, and hand tools.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Testing experience and soldering skills.

  • Ability to perform general labor, inspection, and machine operation tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Good attendance record.

  • Ability to manage paperwork and onboarding tasks efficiently.

  • Capability to change a tire independently is a plus.

Work Environment

Candidates will work in a near brand-new state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, and temperate controlled (68 degrees and 30% humidity). The work environment is safety-focused.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30
