Key Responsibilities Research and Design: Develop electronic interface circuitry applications for product control, ensuring clear definition of equipment scope and content. Team Leadership: Guide the design team in producing electrical, schematic, interconnect, cabling, and assembly drawings, ensuring effective utilization of engineering expertise. Development: Create control applications for new commercial, domestic, and industrial uses, overseeing manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing to meet specifications and requirements. Project Management: Provide leadership in ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and performance criteria, establishing design criteria based on required codes and standards. Compliance: Review contractual content for technical and regulatory compliance, collaborating with internal and external customers to understand project requirements. Documentation: Document and communicate design changes to stakeholders, collaborating with the sales team to define engineering parameters for quotations. Support: Engineer components and assemblies for BOP control systems according to customer contracts and applicable codes and standards, participating in design reviews and providing technical support during testing.
