Compensation and Benefits

• Potential income of over $600,000
• Guaranteed $500,000 salary plus production compensation
• Full benefits including 4 weeks PTO, 5 days/$2,000 CME allowance, and 3% retirement match

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm schedule with no weekends, optional on-call
• Outpatient setting with a focus on vascular surgery cases such as angioplasty, angiogram, atherectomy, and dialysis maintenance
• Variety of case mix including fistula occlusion

Qualifications and Skills

• Board certified/eligible in vascular surgery
• New grads and experienced providers welcome
• Must be able to secure collaborating hospital privileges
