Your mission as Appointment Setter is to operate the engine that keeps the company profitable and growing. As a member of the Business Development Center, your job is to do just that: develop the business. This role is vital to our organization because, without you, we would not be able to get the word out about the amazing products and services we offer. Your role is critical to the success, long-term growth, and sustainability of our organization. Responsibilities: * Contact prospective clients via phone, text, and email with a goal of making 250+ connections a day. * Set up sales demonstrations between prospective clients and senior members of the sales team. * Follow-up with prospective clients to confirm clients' attendance at sales demonstrations. * Document interactions with prospective clients in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. * Respond to inquiries that come in to our system through our lead generation software. * Communicate regularly, thoroughly, and efficiently with senior sales reps about the status of leads. Qualifications: * - Proficiency with digital technologies including: Microsoft and Google Suites, Slack, Monday CRM, * - 1+ year(s) experience in a customer-facing, sales role where your primary role was setting appointments * Embody and live out the values of T.E.A.M.D.I.G.I. in your role by demonstrating the following: * T - Tenacity as evidenced by a desire to not only achieve but exceed metrics of success for your role * E - Expertise in your field, ideally complimented by a proven track record in BDC management * A - Agility to pivot and scale your talents to an equally dynamic and growing organization * M - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the ball is never dropped * D - Disruption of industries follow you wherever you go as you bring unprecedented success * I - Ingenuity to think outside-the-box and achieve results by pushing the boundaries of what's "normal" * G - Growth mindsets for you and your team--anyone can succeed with the time, training, and support * I - Integrity to do what you say you will do, every time.
