A full-time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is available in a Senior Living Community/ Memory Care Center and sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Brunswick, ME. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus
Horizon's Living & Rehab Center is a highly-rated, locally-owned skilled nursing facility in the scenic mid-coast town of Brunswick, Maine. Our 65-bed facility provides exceptional multi-disciplinary care for a mix of skilled nursing and long-term care residents. Located just off the highway, our facility offers easy access to the surrounding area, and features a working farm, walking trails, and a community garden right in our backyard.

The qualified candidate will:
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
- Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours.
