Responsibilities:

  • Operate food processing and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and safety
  • Perform equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments
  • Ensure proper inventory management and record-keeping
  • Participate in safety meetings and trainings
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
  • Train new hires as needed
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor
  • Adhere to company values and work as a team player
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food manufacturing and understanding of GMPs preferred
  • Experience with high-speed packaging equipment or palletizing robotic arms a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
