Description

The role involves providing individual, family, and group counseling to youths aged 6-24 and their families.

The perfect candidate should possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work and be licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in the State of Oregon or working towards licensure in Oregon. We offer support and supervision for those pursuing licensure. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to working in an LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist environment that advocates for youth empowerment and expression.

Our therapists are employed with benefits. Full-time therapists are expected to conduct an average of 22 clinical hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services to youth ages 6-24 and their families.
• Conduct a biopsychosocial assessment and create an individualized treatment plan for each client.
• Communicate with the client's other service providers and provide community referrals as needed.
• Timely, complete written documentation using an Electronic Health Record.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for team learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work is required.
• Active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the State of Oregon, or plans to pursue licensure in the State of Oregon.
• Must be an Oregon resident, preferably located in Southern Oregon.
• Clinical experience working with youth and families is strongly preferred.
