As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

About This Office

Silver Creek Dental Care is a beautiful, brand-new office in Knoxville, TN, looking for dedicated Registered Dental Hygienists to join our growing team. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who want to help our doctors build their practice, establish meaningful relationships with patients, and deliver exceptional care experiences.

Schedule Options:

  • Monday - Thursday
  • Tuesday - Friday
Note: The hours are still being finalized, but there will likely be one early day starting at 7 AM and one late day ending at 7 PM.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental cleanings and assessments
  • Take and develop dental radiographs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Assist with patient management and scheduling
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality care
  • Conduct periodontal charting and provide treatment recommendations
  • Apply preventive materials, such as sealants and fluoride treatments
Qualifications:
  • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with a valid state license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and provide excellent care
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to contribute to the growth and development of the practice

Qualifications:
  • Current dental hygienist license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
