Are you a tech-savvy professional looking for a rewarding challenge? H2 Health, a leading outpatient rehabilitation provider, is seeking a talented IT End User Support to join our dynamic team at our corporate office in Riverside, Jacksonville, FL. This is an onsite position.

As an IT End User Support, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include leading the onboarding of new locations, providing top-tier support for Cloud applications and Windows 10, and managing hardware implementations. This role blends technical expertise (70%) with project management (30%).

What You Bring:

  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of IT support experience, with a strong foundation in Windows 10, Office 365 administration, helpdesk support, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and hardware repair and implementation.
  • Certification: Microsoft or CompTIA certification is preferable.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA environments and project management.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexibility: You're ready to accommodate after-hours and weekend implementations.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel as needed, holding a valid driver's license and insurance.
