Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients who are interested in purchasing solar systems for their homes or businesses. The Solar Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media, door-to-door and will be expected to present the benefits of solar energy to help customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone, email, social media, or door-to-door to schedule appointments for solar energy consultations.

Explain the benefits of solar energy to customers and answer any questions they may have to help them make informed decisions.

Maintain accurate records of client information, updating the database regularly.

Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies, goals, and progress.

Continuously improve knowledge of solar products and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting

Knowledge of solar energy and renewable energy solutions

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent time management and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
