What you'll be doing

The overall responsibilities of the Sr. Escrow Assistant is to assist the Escrow Branch Manager and team members with overseeing and fully supporting the direction and values of Precise Title by engaging in servant and good faith heart and behaviors while making all decisions keeping in mind what is best for our customers, our company, and our people. Fully leverage talents to continuously improve the health of the business and develop trust and confidence with teams, both internal and external. Take personal accountability to ensure we deliver our products with excellence

You will be responsible for...
  • Managing and maintain all John Houston Homes Builder pipeline
  • Mange and maintain all title request and title updates for lenders
  • Cure all title exceptions/requirements prior to closing
  • Work directly with Title production team, lenders, brokers and agents to meet closing deadlines and requirements
  • Manage and maintain monthly reporting for John Houston Homes Builder pipeline
  • Maintain and complete all funding for John Houston Homes pipeline
  • Maintain and complete all post-closing for John Houston Homes builder pipeline
  • Serve as backup to the interim and Land Escrow Assistant
  • Serve as a backup to the Escrow Officer for John Houston Homes builder pipeline
  • Manage and transfer all incoming calls for branch
  • Maintain and refill all products for the branch
  • Order supplies for the branch

What experience you'll bring to us
  • 3-5 Years of Title and Escrow experience preferred.
  • High school Diploma required.
  • Ability to become a licensed Escrow Officer.


What type of work environment you will be working in

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax. This position must work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting and can handle interruptions while maintaining productivity and accuracy. If traveling, employees may be exposed to weather conditions.
