- Benefits: Medical Dental Vision - Discounted Healthcare Services, such as minimal co-pays, that aid in overall annual take-home compensation - Full benefits package -50% of premiums paid by True Health- Coverage Through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)-CME: $3,000/40hours- 5.5 weeks paid time off with a cash-out option-PTO: Providers may roll over 300 hours every year. It is not a "you don't use it you lose it process". Twice a year the staff may sell back any pto as long as 80 hours minimum is left in the bank for emergency purposes. -10 Paid Holidays-Half-Day Fridays: These are true half days Providers work 8am - 6 pm on Monday - Thursday and 8am - 12pm on Fridays. -Generous 403b contribution - Tuition Reimbursement- Loan forgiveness through NHSC-Relocation assistance
- Additional Info: Since 1977 True Health has been providing healthcare to Central Florida's low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved population. DETAILS:- Perform histories and physicals - Prescribe a diagnostic, education, preventive, and/or treatment plan within the standards of accepted medical practice- Perform and/or order labs, diagnostic procedures, and make appropriate referrals as necessaryQUALIFICATIONS:-New grads accepted, HOWEVER, they must already have their FL License -Familiar and adept with EMR as well as technological resources. True Health utilizes Athena EMR. -Will strongly consider Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) candidates
