Your role at BHSN:
To provide individual and group rehabilitation interventions designed to teach skills and offer support to adults with mental illness participating in the PROS program.

- Provides interventions aimed at supporting employment and developing readiness, in either group or individual modalities, as directed by PROS supervisory staff
- Provides engaging interventions for individual recipients both at the program site and/or within the community as appropriate
- Responsible for submitting accurate and timely records of service interventions in accordance with regulatory and Agency requirements
- Provides safe transport to recipients as directed
- Provides needed services in such a manner as to ensure quality, outcomes and billing compliance
- 1 to 2 years' experience in mental health or rehabilitation environment preferred
- AA/AS degree or BA/BS degree in a human services related field essential
- CPR certification or training preferred
- Prior experience in mental health or rehabilitation environment preferred
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Thorough understanding of OMH PROS regulations and guidance especially in the area of ORS service provision and billing
- Evening and/or weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of program consumers; local travel possible
- Must be able to sit, stand and move around as necessary to provide services in a variety of program settings, i.e. indoors, outdoors, off-site
