About the Interim Financial Analyst Position:

We are looking for an Interim Financial Analyst to provide critical financial analysis and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with proven expertise in the manufacturing industry. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their financial data and providing insights to drive business decisions.

Essential Functions for the Interim Financial Analyst:
  • Financial Analysis:
    • The Interim Financial Analyst will conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
    • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor and report on budget performance.
    • Update financial models to reflect current and future business conditions.
  • Cost Analysis:
    • Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost control.
    • Collaborate with production teams to understand cost drivers and optimize operations.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Support internal and external audits.
Preferred Requirements for the Interim Financial Analyst:
  • The Interim Financial Analyst should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
