The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting and developing and managing financial models. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide actionable insights to guide business decisions and improve financial performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial resources.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance role, with a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
