Citizens State Bank is looking for a highly motivated professional to fill a General Manager position in our Onalaska location. This individual will be given an excellent opportunity to grow professionally as the Bank continues to grow.

This position will oversee the retail services of the office and will ensure the office carries out the Bank's mission: "To provide an experience like no other". In addition, he/she will establish and maintain customer relationships by originating consumer and mortgage loans and opening deposit accounts while working closely with other staff in the office. Job requirements include a broad knowledge of all bank products, mortgage origination and regulations, a strong sales background, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask and meet deadlines & goals. Candidates must have superior customer service skills, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm to motivate, train and supervise staff with a team player mentality. This position requires previous banking and supervisory experience; mortgage lending experience preferred, but not required.
