Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Ephrata, PA 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7pm. No Weekends.

Compensation: Salary range $78k-$90k, based on your experience.

Incentives: $5000 Sign on Bonus. $350 per month in Student Loan Assistance

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient orthopedic center with 3 PTs, 2 PTAs plus front desk on staff. We see a diverse patient mix including orthopedics, neuro, vestibular/post concussion and sports medicine.  Experienced staff in place to provide mentorship and career development. New grads as well as experienced physical therapists welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License
  • CPR certification
