We are seeking to fill a Bilingual Receptionist position in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We value loyalty and a strong commitment to career advancement and promotion from within.

Pay: $20/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Bilingual Receptionist responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally, manage incoming calls, direct to appropriate personnel, and maintain a tidy front desk area.
  • Provide information about company services, ensure visitor sign-in and issue badges, and assist with inquiries and direct to relevant departments.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and data entry, receive and sort incoming mail and packages, and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Relay messages and keep staff informed of updates.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate building maintenance as needed.

Qualified candidates will have two years of related experience, strong communication skills, and must be bilingual English/Spanish.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for our employees.
