Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Santa Ana, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more. Certified Nursing Assistant Santa Ana, CA 14-bed NeuroRestorative facility located on E. 17thStreet CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) Full-time and per-diem positions available: Fulltime NOC shift (7pm-7am) available Per-diem days and/or NOC available NOC shift rates: $18-$21.50 base rate based on experience + $2 NOC shift diff + OT past 8th hour (4 hrs of OT per shift) $2 shift differential for NOC shifts Dayshift rates: $18-$21.50 base rate based on experience + Ot past 8th hour (4 hrs of OT per shift) 12-hour shifts w/overtime after 8th hour (4 hrs @ time and ½ per 12 hr shift) Every other weekend off (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) for fulltime positions SEE FULLTIME SCHEDULE BELOW Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance and more) for fulltime positions Low patient ratios On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet Schedule: For fulltime positions, CNA must be able to work 12-hour shifts on the following schedule: Week 1 days are Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 2 days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who is kind, hardworking and dedicated to helping us provide compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long-term care facility and is capable of providing Activities of Daily Living such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working with individuals with special needs and having the opportunity to make a true difference in their lives. Responsibilities: Provide basic bedside care such as assisting the patient in moving to and from bed and ensuring that the patient's condition is monitored properly with consistent assessments Assist patients with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse.
