About Us:

What You'll Do:
- Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in managing store operations, inventory, and merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store performance and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere that promotes teamwork and growth.
- Previous retail management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and the wireless industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
