We are seeking a passionate MDS Nurse to join our team at Addolorata Villa, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Wheeling, IL. As an MDS Nurse, you will be responsible for organizing, completing, and evaluating resident assessments and care plans to ensure the highest level of functioning for each resident. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and participate in activities such as monthly contests and quarterly appreciation events.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program
  • LPN/RN license in Illinois
  • 2 years of MDS experience
  • Recent clinical experience in geriatrics
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for working with the senior population
