Responsibilities
  • Membership sales to clients/prospects
  • Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention
  • Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
  • Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
  • Plan and participate in lead generation activities
  • Participate in studio events and other promotions
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the studio
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
  • Flexibility in the hours is required - Some days more shifts are required and some days afternoon/evening shifts will be required

Requirements:
  • Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude - frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement
  • A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
  • Must be a self starter and highly motivated
  • Must have effective time management skills
  • Must have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus
  • Must have flexibility in hours- Few Morning hours and Few afternoon/evening hours maybe required

About Spenga

Compensación: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

SPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best. Workout. Ever. to every neighborhood. SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 70+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
