Product Quality Inspector

Description
We are seeking a meticulous Product Quality Inspector to ensure that electro-mechanical parts and assembled hardware meet specified drawing and work procedure requirements. In addition to performing receiving inspection and calibration of standard inspection equipment, you will also be responsible for documenting work and tracking non-conformance on the floor. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must have a high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with standard measurement equipment, e.g., micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, etc.
- Ability to execute or witness test procedures and generate test reports.
- Experience reading and interpreting drawings, assembly schematics, and specifications.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inspection of complex aerospace hardware, non-conforming material, Material Review Board (MRB), and creation of Acceptance Data Packs / First Article Inspection.
- Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems, AS5553 counterfeit prevention, and AS9102 first article inspection.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
