TFI offers comprehensive reproductive healthcare services, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), elective egg freezing, access to donors and surrogates and fertility preservation services for oncology patients. The 6,000-square-foot-Institute features an on-site fertility clinic, as well as innovative technology with a state-of-the-art IVF laboratory.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Regulatory Compliance, the Embryo Donation - Third Party Coordinator is responsible for potential Embryo donors and Embryo recipients in coordination of their entrance and participation in the anonymous donation program.

Third Party/Embryo Donation Coordinator is responsible for maintaining FDA compliance. Third Party Coordinator completes screening requirements for Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers prior to cycle coordination.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, some Saturday call rotation

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides a thorough and efficient evaluation process to assess suitability of potential donors
  • Coordinates Recipient matching process
  • Send out introduction letter explaining our program to recipient
  • Coordinator matches recipient with an anonymous embryo donor
  • Coordinator will send information to Primary MD pod nurses for cycle coordination
  • Third Party Team coordinates screening for Known Embryo Recipient/Donor
  • Embryo Donation Program – maintains a current log of all anonymous donated embryos in database
  • Communicates with IVF lab director regarding current standards and practices for Anonymous Embryo donation
  • Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of current drugs, trends and techniques in the care of ART patients
Other Duties:
  • Assists in performing special projects as designated
  • Attends continuing education programs in ART
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of the practice
  • Performs other related duties as requested by the Director of Clinical Regulatory Compliance and physicians
  • Works closely with Nurses and Administrative Assistants to facilitate proper communication in the program
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Maintains all OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications:
  • Hold a State of TN Registered Nurse License as a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • IVF experience required and/or Third- Party experience
  • CPR Certification
