Job Title: Assembly - Swing Shift Job Description We are hiring for a large technology manufacturer in Post Falls. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain assembly skills in a clean and bright manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities Work with hand tools to assemble a variety of small parts for the telecommunications, renewable energy, and transportation industries. Build industrial surge protectors that go inside cell phone towers and a variety of other electronic components. Start with simple job duties, such as assembling the casings of components, and gradually take on more technical aspects of the assembly process as you gain more experience. Perform fast-paced work to build parts efficiently. Ensure a clean and organized workspace. Perform repetitive tasks, building a high volume of similar parts each day. Essential Skills Good attitude and good attendance. A desire to work with your hands and build things. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Comfortable performing repetitive work. Willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications No experience required This is a great entry-level opportunity. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a large, very clean manufacturing facility. Multiple positions are available, and assembly is currently hiring. Check with the AM to see if there are openings in the shipping/material handling side. The role involves light duty work on a swing shift.
