MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.

What You Can Expect:

  • A full spectrum of vascular procedures, including thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, lower extremity revascularization, cerebrovascular procedures, dialysis access procedures, and varicose vein procedures, endovascular procedures including TCAR, EVAR and TEVAR, and percutaneous AV fistulas.
  • Work with a team of 5 Vascular Surgeons
Minimum Requirements:
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Vascular Surgery
  • Strong preference for candidate with at least 2 years of experience, including but not limited to a full training in catheter-based procedures and reading vascular lab studies.
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
  • Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

The starting annual salary for this position is $440,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.

Effective July 1, 2025, the starting annual salary for this position will increase to $475,000.
