Respiratory Therapist - FT Weekend Nights Sign/On Bonus

Eligible for one of the following sign-on/retention bonus:
$15,000.00-3 year commitment
$20,000.00-4 year commitment
$25,000.00-5 year commitment

Eligible for up to $5,000.00 relocation of over 50 miles/3 year commitment

Job Summary:

  • Assists in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders.
  • Collects and analyzes sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases.
  • Also measures the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is impaired function.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Typically reports to a manager.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree and a credential of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • RRT: NM RT License; RT Registration; Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Certification or receive per policy upon hire;
  • CRT: NM RT License; Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Certification or receive per policy upon hire; maintain certifications
