Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our IT team, focusing on supporting various processes within our IT Operations team. As an IT Operations Specialist - Intern you will maintain and provide support for computer systems and networks for the company’s employees around the globe. You will be required to solve technical IT and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.

This role will work as part of the IT Operations team but must demonstrate ability to work on activities and projects that he/she will be accountable for with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Technical Support:

  • Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networking problems
  • Handle support tickets within required SLA and IT service measures and with a high customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and Office 365 products
  • Plus – Knowledge of Apple Mac operating systems and management
  • Plus – Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange administration of email accounts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and resources
  • Plus – Active Directory maintenance and administration support
  • Office 365, Autopilot and corporate software related support
  • Install and setup laptops, operating systems and applications
  • Image computers in accordance with CyberArk specifications utilizing software such as JAMF and Intune
  • Computer repair and troubleshooting
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed

Project Reporting:

  • Reporting on Key Initiatives: Help generate reports on key business initiatives for management review.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting all relevant metrics outlined for each initiative.

Presenting & Reporting:

  • Assist in the weekly review of reports with internal teams to validate accuracy and outcomes.
  • Gather and provide cross-team feedback.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity of the structure and demands of an IT organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk’ers across the organization.
  • Preferred in-person in Newton, Massachusetts
  • U.S. College Undergraduate
  • Plus – Certificate(s) from accredited IT institutions and programs such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Google IT Support Professional, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.
