Duties/Responsibilities Develops and implements comprehensive social media strategy including organic and paid campaigns to build our online community Analyzes engagement and performance data to enhance and optimize social channel performance, maintaining engagement and growth while pursuing new content archetypes Develops and maintains online content strategy that supports the companys unique messaging, attracts attention, generates interest and is easily shared with social networks Manages development of content including collaborating with our creative/video teams and providing copy for posts and graphics. Oversees community management and shares relevant information/issues from social to relevant Healthfirst teams. Performs as subject matter expert in social media, staying on top of the latest trends and uses of social media bringing innovative and creative ideas to the organization Educates and liaises with company leaders to share information about programs and initiatives on social media Additional duties as assigned include functioning in a leadership role overseeing social media manager and social media designer by assigning, reviewing, and approving work that aligns with our social media goals as well as overseeing the companys response strategy and implementation and expansion of our presence on social media to new channels. Some evening and weekend work will be required due to the always on nature of social media, including bi-monthly weekend monitoring of social channels. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years professional experience in communications, including specific responsibilities related to social or digital media Proven understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts Ability to adhere to social media guidelines, rules and regulations, particularly as they pertain to the healthcare or other highly regulated businesses Ability to plan, present and implement comprehensive, best in class social media campaigns plans to boost brand image, drive growth and increase engagement Skills to optimize and refine our social strategy and identify new channels and distribution opportunities to connect with our audiences and meet business goals Monitor, respond and interact with key audiences through social media platforms maintaining the voice of the company In-depth knowledge of analytics software, content management systems and social media platforms Understanding social media KPIs and ability to interpret data and analytics Ability to communicate social media impact Leadership/people management skills that inspire both creativity and productivity Work collaboratively with teams across the enterprise to develop and execute creative ideas, strategies and content Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution; major in Social Media, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism Strong knowledge and experience with social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChat Expertise with social media planning tools such as Hootsuite or Social Studio Proficiency with social listening, posting, and analytics tools. Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices Ability to multitask, exceptional time management skills Strong writing skills that reflect the brands objectives and current cultural trends Critical thinker and problem solver Attention to detail Great interpersonal, presentation and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work in teams and build good working relationships WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
