THE ROLE

This position includes overnight travel and has a start time of 3:30 AM. Our vans do not require a commercial license. All drivers are expected to operate company vehicles safely and pursuant to product regulations. Please do not apply if you do not have experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver goods to various locations in a safe and timely manner

  • Maintain consistent reliability for regularly scheduled work hours

  • Proactively communicate delays and problems of an assigned route to the proper channels

  • Always ensure proper cleanliness of interior/exterior of truck

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks

  • Pre and post-check vehicle to ensure safe transportation. Report any malfunctions to supervisors.

  • Maintain an acceptable driving record

EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 + years of commercial driving experience

  • 1 + years of driving shifts longer than 6 hours

  • Must have valid Class A license

  • Must have 5+ years of clean driving history

  • Must have 3+ years of clean loss history

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel frequently

  • Ability to work for long period outdoors in temperature/precipitation conditions typical of the California climate

  • Ability to operate large vehicles for extended periods of time
