  • Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessment, and treatment of emergency conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
  • Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and emergency interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
Candidate requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing. 2 professional references Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, TNCC, and PALS certifications. Strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
