St. Michael Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Radiation Therapy Supervisor to join our growing team In this role, you will: Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled Radiation Therapists, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate radiation therapy treatments. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Oversee the daily operations of the Radiation Therapy department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to regulatory standards. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance patient experience and optimize treatment outcomes. Play a key role in the department's growth and development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. We are looking for a candidate who: Possesses a strong clinical background in Radiation Therapy with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Is a licensed Radiation Therapist (ARRT) and holds a current state license. Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team. Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Is committed to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. If you are a passionate and dedicated Radiation Therapy professional who is ready to take on a leadership role, we encourage you to apply Join our team and make a difference Qualifications Education/Work Experience Requirements Graduation from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology and four years of related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities, including two years in a lead, supervisory or management capacity. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, graduation from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology is preferred. Licensure/Certification American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) (T) is required. Current licensure as a Certified Radiological Technologist/Therapeutic – (Required) in Washington State. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
