Elite Building Services is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our quality control team. In this position, you'll play a key role in ensuring that all assign projects meet Elite Building Services established requirements for reliability and standards as well all services outlined in client contract.
Quality Control Project Inspectors are responsible for inspecting the assigned client projects (monthly) to determine the services provided meet the standards of Elite Building Services. The Quality Control Project Inspector will provide a detailed report of all findings to the Operation Managers with their cleaning staff.
Responsibilities Include:
*Review and Understand Each Project SOW (Scope of Work) That You Will Be Assigned to Inspect
*Demonstrate A Strong Understanding of Elite Building Services Cleaning Standards to Ensure Inspection Is Focused on The Right results
*Demonstrate A Strong Understanding of Industry, (Cleaning/Maintenance) Standards
*Inspect Assigned Client Projects (monthly) to determine the services meet the standards of Elite Building Services.
*Provide Honest and Detailed Feedback on The Projects Inspection With 24 Hours After Inspection Is Completed to Areas of Concern That Need to Be Addressed by Operations Managers.
*Recommend Any Necessary Adjustments and/or Changes to Services Provided on Project in Order to Meet the Elite Building Standards On Service
SCHEDULE One Days A Week - (8) Hours A Day from 8am -43pm (preferable hours) Self determined schedule/days.
NOTE****Must be available to visit various location in Northern and Central New 3-to-4-month period.
QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
*A minimum of 2 years related experience, (in the maintenance/cleaning industry)
*Must be at least 18 years of age.
*Must use your own vehicle (Vehicle must be registered and insured).
*Must have a Valid Driver's License. Ability to work on an iPad with various programs
