    • Must have own transportation to and from jobsite every work day (driver's license not required)
    • Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools)
    • May be expected to travel where the project requires (multi-state opportunities)
Laborer Primary Function of Laborer:

Assist all crafts.

Typical Duties include but are not limited to:
  • May clean out ditches and remove concrete forms. Perform manual labor.
  • Assist skilled labor by taking direction from them.
  • May assist in the erection and removal of falsework and formwork.
  • May be required to carry and clean various materials as directed.
  • May be required to shovel or rake materials.
  • Must be safety minded and adhere to all safety policies.
  • Additional requirements as directed by the foreman/leadman.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in any type of construction.
  • Heavy Construction labor experience preferred.
  • Must be able to perform various semi-skilled labor tasks in an outdoor environment for an 8 - 10 hour workday.
  • Respond quickly to form carpenters or other skilled laborer's directions.
  • Must observe safety procedures and report any potentially unsafe conditions to management.

La función principal de un Obrero: Asistir en todos los oficios.

Algunas funciones típicas que no se limitan a:
  • Limpiar cunetas y remover formas concretas. Hacer el trabajo manual.
  • Asistir a los jefes encargados y seguir sus instrucciones.
  • Asistir al montaje, eliminación de obras falsa y formas de madera.
  • Se requiere transportar, cargar y limpiar varios materiales según las instrucciones.
  • Puede ser requerido usar la pala o materiales de rastrillo.
  • Debe de tener en cuenta la seguridad y adherirse a todos los procedimientos de seguridad.
  • Cumplir con todos los deberes adicionales dirigidos por el Supervisor o persona encargada.
Habilidades, Conocimientos, Cualificaciones & Experiencia:
  • Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en la construcción pesada.
  • Experiencia de trabajo en la construcción pesada preferible.
  • Debe de poder realizar distintas tareas de varias obras semi-calificadas en un ambiente al aire libre de 8 - 10 horas .
  • Debe ser capaz de responder rápidamente a las instrucciones de carpinteros de forma y supervisores.
  • Verificar que equipos y materiales se utilicen correctamente, e informar condiciones inseguras al supervisor.
