Associate Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support for public education courses, small group memberships, and assist in developing leads for senior account executives.
- Learn to ask consultative questions to identify clients' needs related to training courses and certification programs.
- Work closely with senior sales executives to understand and implement a proven sales process, including managing new prospects and existing accounts.
- Present the value of the organization's educational courses and certifications to both current members and new clients.
- Build and maintain sales pipelines, working towards meeting and exceeding course enrollment goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (all majors welcome) or relevant work experience.
- 1-2 years of work or internship experience in sales, particularly in education sales, is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone presence.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate and help team members.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Ability to ask the right questions and understand client needs.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work within a highly motivated, client-focused team environment.
- Customer Service-Oriented: Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Self-Starter: Motivated to learn and develop sales pipelines and attain enrollment goals.
- Work Environment: This is a collaborative, team-based environment with 17 members focused on providing resources to corporate and government organizations. The organization offers professional development opportunities, paid learning hours, and annual employee recognition events.

- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales Manager and supports the broader Enterprise Solutions department.
