Position Highlights:
  • Role: In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Compensation: $25-$29 per hour
  • Availability: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 7pm
About The Treetop Therapy: We offer in-home, clinic-based, and community-focused ABA therapy for children aged 2-18 across multiple states, including Georgia. Our programs are designed to provide effective, evidence-based interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder, aiming to improve their social skills and learning environments through tailored ABA strategies.

Role Overview: As an RBT with The Treetop Therapy, you'll be instrumental in delivering personalized 1:1 therapy sessions within the child's home. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our skilled clinicians and leadership team. Your responsibilities include assisting with the development of treatment plans, supporting skill acquisition, and working closely with families. You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have access to a range of tools and materials to aid in effective therapy.

What We're Looking For:
  • RBT Certification (required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of clients
  • Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPR/BLS certification (if applicable)
  • TRICARE Certification
